How do I add my first aircraft to the system?

Navigate to the Aircraft section in your dashboard and click "Add Aircraft." You'll need the aircraft's tail number, make, model, and basic specifications. Our system will automatically populate additional details from the FAA registry.

Can multiple pilots book the same aircraft?

AeroNest HQ prevents double-bookings automatically. When one pilot reserves an aircraft for a specific time, that slot becomes unavailable to others. Pilots can see existing reservations and book around them.

How does the maintenance tracking work?

The system tracks flight hours, cycles, and calendar time automatically. You'll receive alerts before inspections are due, and maintenance can be scheduled directly through the platform. All records are stored digitally for compliance.

What mobile features are available?

The mobile app includes flight scheduling, digital logbook entries, weather briefings, aircraft status checks, and maintenance reporting. All features work offline and sync when connectivity returns.

How do I export my flight logs for insurance?

Go to Reports > Flight Logs and select your date range. Choose "Export for Insurance" to generate a PDF that meets industry standards. The report includes all required flight details and pilot signatures.
